Rolling machine, is a very popular equipment in sheet forming process, widely used in boiler, shipbuilding, petrochemical, metal structure, cement machinery, chemical machinery, mechanical manufacturing and maintenance department etc.With the rapid development of ship building industry petrochemical engineering, boiler and pressure vessel, numerical control marine plate bending rolls of ultra-large type has been one of the important development directions of plate bending rolls. The top roll must be supported by upper separator for the roller of ultra-wide plate bending rolls is usually very long, otherwise the roller would produce excessive deflection, impacting its precision.In general case, according to the requirement of the rolling steel plate, plate thickness, width and minimum specifications when maximum roll diameter and the yield limit, calculate the roll force, divided by the face length, get rolled steel sheet on the roller at the bottom of the uniformly distributed load.Model, using the ANSYS simulation, get on the roller when only under uniform distributed load deflection.For type ultra wide plate bending rolls, the rolling steel plate width up to 12 m, in order to reduce the roll on flexible, general will also through the beam and the supporting roller to strengthen rigidity, at this moment, the roll in addition to the uniformly distributed load by steel plate, also is acted upon by a number of supporting roller concentration, how each support roller concentration solution, belong to the statically indeterminate problem, cannot be accurately calculated, can only use ANSYS to reverse solution. So-called reverse method, under the condition of assuming that know the result, the pushing process, lastly, a group of the most ideal situation.The authors assume that a series of branch of the size of the reaction, the simulation on the roll under uniformly distributed load and under the dual role of six focus, find the roll deflection near the allowed maximum deflection, six concentration approximation obtained thereby.Will this group of concentrated force effect to the bar again, through continuous adjustment on the section size of beam, beam in to observe a series of deflection, the beam deflection is less than and finally choose one close to the top roller on the deflection of the beam section size, as the optimization of beam in design. Through simulating the problem of surplus statically determinate each support roller bearing, the roll deflection compensation use oil cylinder active compensation in the form of a torque sensor and roll on the steel plate is fixed to the uniformly distributed load and so on roll deflection on the software simulation of manageable.
