Straightener roll-bending control functions are an important means to raise straightening efficiency and improve the straightening effect of the shape defects plates.In medium and heavy plate production line,a straightener with the roll-bending(roll-adjusted)ability has become the best election. This straightener can produce a certain amount of curvature of straightening work roll,to remove the rack of bouncing.As well as because of the bending roller,plates can be effective improvement of the horizontal profiles.Now the main form of bending roll is that the hydraulic cylinders bend the upper roll system through eccentric shafts and articulated points.In the practice and study of straightening plate,the current domestic plate leveler also unable to complete roll bending function,mainly due to the absence of a perfect straightening press amount model.As roll straightening process is a elastic-plastic deformation process made up of several anti-bending,spring back,and plate deformation complex,over the years a model of straightening press has been a focus on the topic.Domestic in the study of use of bending-role straightening the edge wave plate,center wave,and other defects,open results are less.To Pazhihua Steel& Iron Co.' 11 roll straightener bending roll structure and function,research the roll profile of the medium and heavy plate straightener,bending roll control model and solving method.In the course of the study for the bending roll deflection calculation,the relative deflection is proposed.In no-load roll bending control model of work,the help of relative deflection method,in accordance with the mechanical model work roll on roll of the establishment of the roll bending control mathematical model.Using relativedeflection method,the control mathematical model of the upper roll system according to the mechanical model of work roll.According to mechanical model,establish the relationship of wedge angle and roll bending force,roll bending force and work roll maximum deflection and the control model of no-load roll bending.The high precision mathematical model provides more accurate control model for bending roll hydraulic cylinder force control when no-load bending roll.In the research of straightening bending roll control model,the contact state between the work roll and the bearing roll in the different wedge angle,and provide a basis for the state analysis of the work roll.According bending force on the work roll and characteristics of the structure,the single-roll bending force and the force of hydraulic cylinder control model is established.In the different wedge angle,the affection of straightening force change on single-roll bending roll is discussesed,and establish the mathematical model of single bending roll force - straightening force.In this paper,the mechanical model of the no-load bending roll control model and the straightening control model was solved with the finite element method.By using the elastic-plastic beam bending theory,through the establishment of different bending model of sheet metal in the width direction to define different bending deflection,the value of bending roll is obtained.The establishment of the no-load bending roll control model,the straightening control model and the value of bending roll provide important theoretical basis to realizing bending roll control functions in this paper.
