With the development of science and technology and the increasing economic competition, products updates faster and faster. Innovation, development time, quality, cost, and after sales service of products have become an important indicator of corporate considerations. Conceptual design and visualization design in this social context have been proposed. And finite element method is an efficient and effective tool in modern engineering analysis. It is accurate and efficient for static-dynamic analysis by using finite element method, so the design can shorten product development cycles, reduce costs and improve product quality and reliability.The main contents of the study subjects were the high speed of vertical machining center selection problem and transmission system, the vibration characteristics of the simplified model of the machine do the kinematic simulation and dynamic analysis, the main transmission system design and calculation precision, etc. Details were as follows:(1) By the method of analogy to the design, the structure selection and design of nc machine tool feed system, main parameters and calculating the transmission precision, etc, according to the design requirements, makes the design of the transmission system to meet the design requirements, the structure of the column, beam and by analogy method to carry on the design, structure optimization.(2) Application of three-dimensional modeling software and the motion simulation software modeling and simulation of the machine tool, the observed trajectory, and the actual design requirements, determine the rationality of structure design.(3) Simplified model of machine tool static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, and then observe the deformation of machine tool, strain stress distribution, natural frequency and modal analysis of machine tool and machine tool spindle with the vibration response of the vibration frequency change as a result, the strength and rigidity of the machine tool structure and various dynamic parameters information, compared with the actual working condition of the design is expected, analysis the deficiency of machine tools bed structure and to improve them.(4) Motorized spindle was established based on MATLAB programming, finite element model, the calculation of the main shaft natural frequency, and analyzed under the condition of different incentive tool suffered, the vibration of the spindle. The situation about the machine vibration and the vibration of the spindle, determine the main structure of the machine tool rationality.Through the above analysis results of the analysis can be found, the reasonable design of the machine body, but need to improve the structure of the column, beam and so on design, increase only enough strength and stiffness, optimizing the vibration.
