With the rapid development of Chinese industrial production and the economy, machining, oil exploration, printing industry and the metal industry and other industries is growing rapidly, and produce a lot of organic waste, organic waste is a great danger of gas, will be seriously affected the normal life of the surrounding residents. Therefore, effective treatment of organic waste and make it discharge, and so has great significance for reducing environmental pollution, protect people’s health, increase economic efficiency. At present method include various organic waste gas treatment, such as: absorption, adsorption. Catalytic combustion, thermal combustion method.In this paper, Huizhou Propack Packing Co. Printing exhaust gas treatment project for the study, the project is located in Huizhou City Zhongkai Avenue Ma transition, the exhaust gas treatment capacity of 450,000 m3. Mainly engaged in flexible packaging films, bags and other products. In the production process, packaging films, bags diagram according to the printing surface, the drying process will produce some organic waste, the main component of the exhaust gas of toluene, ethyl acetate and a small amount of methyl ethyl ketone and other volatile organic compounds, these exhaust emissions there is a certain impact on the business environment surrounding atmosphere. The engineering design requirements, after a lot of reading literature as well as site visits to determine the appropriate treatment plan reasonable, so emissions reach local standards in Guangdong Province, "the printing industry VOC emission standards"(DB44 / 815-2010)second pollutant emission limits for each period.According to the production profile, the basic situation of emissions a company investigation and analysis, and domestic printing commonly used methods such as adsorption recovery, absorption, biological method and combustion method were compared, using two common pre-organic waste treatment method combined with the way more thorough removal of organic pollutants in the exhaust gas. And after a lot of reading literature, currently works for low concentration, high winds amount of organic waste gas treatment most widely used and the process technology for the better adsorption- catalytic combustion process. In this article, adsorption, absorption- spray, adsorption- catalytic combustion process efficiency for the three methods of treatment for a simple comparative analysis, and ultimately determine the use of adsorption- catalytic combustion method can meet emission standards, and the process better. On this basis, to complete the program in the need to use materials such as adsorbents, catalysts, and processing equipment selection work, and the entire operating results and Status of organic waste gas treatment processing facilities were analyzed.After the project is running, monitoring results in line with local standards in Guangdong Province, "the printing industry VOC emission standards"(DB44 / 815-2010) second period each pollutant discharge limits, and achieved good environmental and social benefits.
