Sublevel caving method has the safe and efficient caving characteristic. The method won the rapid promotion in the underground iron mine and soon become the main mining methods since introduced into china in 1960s. In recent years, a large number of sublevel caving method mine working face gradually enter the recovery section, ore dilution loss index is still not ideal rate index. To analyze its reason, mainly the proportion of stope structure parameters values cannot be very suitable to adapt to the medium flow rule, caving body with the residue of the overall from and release from of the match degree is low. So it is the key to solve the problem that measures the draw body accuracy. The more accurate measure the draw body, the more reasonable choose the stope structure parameters and better stoping blasting effect.Therefore this paper depends on a typical sublevel caving method mine-Meishan Iron Mine, study on the draw body field test method depends on random medium theory and PFC3D numerical simulation. It used RFID technology to make the markers, solved the problem that it is difficult to recycle the markers previous. It adopts the new technology of making markers, pouring the CC2530 electronic tag with glass soft rubber in high strength PVC tube. Through field blasting quality test, the markers withstand the impact of production blasting and transmitting normally after blasting. On this basic, it depends on the medium flow parameter experiments and numerical simulation to conclude the draw body form at cut-off ore drawing. And it designs a field test plan that arranges the markers depend on draw body form and before blasting. At the same time it confirms the location of markers drillings and readers. Finally formed a complete and realizable sublevel caving method draw body field test method to comprehensive measure the draw body form. Through a series of test, it verifies the reliability of the program.This paper concluded that the practical field draw body test method has a very important significance to the other sublevel caving method mines. The method can help the mines to calculate the draw body form at field test. It also can help to optimization of stope structure parameters and reduce the loss and impoverishment rate.
