This paper mainly studies on the compound of the wool oil.The basic properties of the new wool oil and the market wool oil were determined and compared. In the process of production to improve the application of some of the wool of the sticky leather,leather belt yarn and stripping problem by the new wool oil.Rational selection and testing of the main monomer required for the wool oil. Determination of the main monomer in the wool fiber and the dynamic friction coefficient of the Wool fiber by using the Y151 fiber. YG321 fiber specific resistance was used to test the resistance of the monomer to the static component. Determined by 40% of the C12 fatty acid ester and 20% molecular weight fatty alcohols with 1000 no random polyether based oil group,20%EO 40 numbers of moles of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, adding 5% wet agent,0.1% bactericidal agent, pH regulator regulating pH value of the mixed a new wool lubricant.Full knowledge and understanding of the performance of the 5 kinds of thewool oil.The woolen mill used in the practical application process of the wool oil and sticky skin plate and belt and stripping problem. To improve these problems by using the new wool oil. and to compare with the performance of the wool oil in the market. Through the factory production contrast experiment, reduce the sticky leather and leather belt and reduce the phenomenon of stripping color problem.This paper has a positive guiding role in understanding the wool oil in woolen mill and solve the problems.
