Coix is one of important grasses rich in the north and south of China, its kernel,coix seed has a high nutritional value, with the development of coix planting, after large quantities of coix seed to be harvested and shelled, but also need the process of debranning, but the traditional coix seed debranning equipment has been unable to meet the needs of efficient production, so the development of an energy efficient,especially suitable for the large-scale production of coix seed debranning equipment has important practical value and practical significance.Firstly, by analyzing high-volume, high efficiency debranning and so on design elements of debranning machine,proposed design plan, given the major structural components of the Debranning Machine for Coix Seeds design and function,with Solidworks for the virtual design platform, the Debranning Machine completed virtual three-dimensional design of the machine;Taking into account the Debranning Mach-ine to be good process effect in the actual design and manufacturing process conditions,analyzed the theoretical process parameters of the Debranning Machine,combined with the stability of structural components of the Debranning Machine operating conditions, the differential equations of motion for the spindle system are established by analyzing its structure and simplifying the spindle system assumptions and it is to identify the mechanism of instability, as well as a detailed analysis of Consumable Parts; Based on the finite element model of the key components spindle, ANSYS software modules do first static analysis, after considering the supporting role by bearing wear parts, conducted a prestressed modal analysis to ensure its stability and bearing importance selected. Finally, the dynamics analysis of debranning room of the Debranning Machine is done, resonance frequency range of the system operating conditions and other dynamic features is calculated.
