At present, the floor heave of roadway is one of the main problems in the process of coal mining. Tunnel floor heave caused by the following factors:(1) the stress change caused by the opening of the tunnel is caused by the deformation of the floor of the roadway,and the elastic plastic deformation of the roadway is in the tunnel;(2)in the vertical stress of the roadway two to help the bottom plate, so that the floor is subjected to horizontal stress to the roadway within the muster;(3) in the stress of the role of the bottom plate broken after the volume expansion;(4) the rheological property of floor rock is increased with time;(5) the tensile strain and the two group of the roadway floor heave and the bottom heave;(6) the water, and some clay minerals, such as montmorillonite, can be expanded, and the strength of surrounding rock is reduced, and the structure is loose, which is easy to break down. It Is a natural disaster in mine production.Especially in the current coal resources rapid integration, many of the original coal mines due to the lack of production technology management confusion, resulting in the production of the mining environment is very complicated. After the restructuring of the mine left a lot of problems that is the integration of the former left a large number of unknown goaf and the status of the old lane, the restructuring of the production is very easy to close and even expose. A case study of the abnormal bottom drum of the 3 point region of the-340 track in the coal mine. For this reason,we analyze the main reasons of the bottom heave of the 3 main areas by the method of analytic hierarchy process. Based on this, we study the feasibility of grouting reinforcement and analyze the influence of different rock bottom on the floor heave by Flac3 D.The undercover leave the pressure relief groove, grouting pipe reinforcement,combined with supporting three governance schemes, the following results: ①Undercover left pressure relief groove can reduce floor heave, with the increase of the depth of bottom heave decreases, floor rocks at the level of stress increased, the peak stress to the deep transfer; ②The compressive strength of the bottom plate of the bottom plate is strengthened, which can not only reduce the deformation of the bottom plate, but also can play an indirect role in preventing the water from the bottom layer;③Combined supporting method than the pressure relief groove to further reduce the undercover leave heave amount, increase floor stability. Grouting pipe slurry leakage phenomenon easily occurs in the grouting, is not conducive to achieve the desired effect, the combined support law enforcement by pouring concrete leave grouting pipe method, to be reached the design compressive strength of concrete,again further grouting, the effect was the best.In the guide 3 point area at the bottom of the drum take undercover left pressure relief slot and watering coagulation and grouting pipe grouting combined support technology, achieved good results, abundance of similar coal mine roadway provides technical reference, market prospect is broad.
