At present,deep mining is widespread.Due to the increase of the mining depth,the underground operation environment has become increasingly complicated and diverse,especially in the tunnel environment,coupled with problems of exist of rock roadway surrounded by weak interlayer,it will be more difficult to maintenance.In the traditional roadway maintenance,the roadway roof and two sides is the focus of the roadway supporting,so the problem floor heave of the tunnel is not taken seriously for long time.in recent years the floor heave problem has gradually attracted the attention of people,in some mine,the floor heave of roadway is even more serious than the deformation of roof and two sides.Therefore,here is based on the floor heave,the influence degree of various existing conditions of soft interlayer on floor heave is analyzed.Because the coal measure strata are mainly composed of layered rocks,the weak part of the mechanical properties of the layered rock mass is the weak interlayer.In this paper,the physical mechanics experiment,the similar material simulation,the numerical simulation and other theoretical analysis is used,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through extensive field research and deep heave conditions,according to the statistical deformation,failure mode,stress distribution,physical and mechanical properties and the cross-section shape of deep floor heave in rock roadway.The heave deformation law on bearing conditions weak interlayer and disturbed by mining roadway floor is mainly studied.(2)The rock mechanics,elastic-plastic mechanics theory is used to construct many mechanical model of bearing complex soft interlayer and analyze deformation and failure mechanism of the floor.According to different position the damage degree of the interlayer,the surrounding rock of damage roadway is respectively parted,thus providing the basis for the floor reinforcement.(3)The method of numerical simulation is used to construct a variety of test model consisting of different thickness,different interlayer quantity and different distance between interlayer and floor.The characteristics of floor heave on the influence of various factors are studied.A variety of factors is superimposed and a variety of linear or nonlinear model is established.Eventually the coefficients of the equation consisted of various influencing factors and the relationship between primary and secondary factors heave degree of tunnel floor is established.(4)The CM250/18 plane stress test is utilized to establish in floor failure area,Elastic and plastic critical zone and elastic zone model.The mechanical changes and displacement of roadway floor deformation and damage is monitored.Finally this paper analyzes the damage effect of the interlayer on the floor of the roadway.(5)Based on the engineering practice of floor heave treating the tunnelwith soft interlayer in recent years,the scheme of the bottom drum with strong applicability is designed.
