With the rapid development of the construction of oil and gas pipeline transportation network in China,steadily in long straight transportation pipeline construction at the same time,the short distance of complex pipe network construction also in accelerating speed,and the demand for leakage detection for short distance complex pipeline network is also improved.Due to the complex pipe network structure,the leakage signals in the pipeline are chaotic,and the existing pipeline leak detection methods cannot be directly applied,so a leak detection method that can be effective for short distance complex pipe network is needed.In this paper,through to the analysis and elaboration of short distance complex pipe network structure characteristics and existing leak detection methods at home and abroad in the short distance complex pipe network application problems,A leak detection method based on multi-pressure sensor direction discrimination and Cross-correlation acoustic leakage localization is proposed;Under the premise of an abnormality signal is detected based on acoustic wave sensors,this paper determined the direction of pressure anomaly signal propagation and determine the leaking pipe section.;On this basis,this paper through the delay cross-correlation calculation of acoustic abnormal signals detected at both ends of a pipe segment,and combine the propagation speed of the sound leakage signal in the medium and the pipe length to determine the leak location.According to this method this paper designs short distance complex pipe network leakage monitoring system,develops a data acquisition device based on STM32 microprocessor and writes data acquisition,processing,transmission program.The program realizes real-time synchronous sampling,data packaging and data transmission based on USB virtual serial interface.At the same time,this paper also writes a network leak monitoring program on the server to realize data reception,database storage,waveform real-time display,call leakage detection and location algorithm for leakage diagnosis and positioning,store and alarm display leakage alarm result.In the laboratory environment,a pipe network leak detection experiment test platform is designed and built,and this paper simulates the leakage test experiment on this platform.Experimental results show that the leakage detection method adopted in this paper is stable and effective,and the designed system is stable and reliable.It can detect the leak in time and accurately determine the location of the leak.Therefore,the leakage monitoring system provides an effective monitoring method for leakage detection and positioning of short distance complex pipe network.
