In this paper, the Al2O3 hollow fiber ceramic membranes were prepared through transformation and sinter technology. Systematic studied the influence of total kinds of additive, disage of additive, bore fluid composition, the air distance, and sintering temperature on structure and performance of hollow fiber ceramic membrane By control technological parameter to optimize the hollow core fiber, two kinds of special structure of Al2O3 hollow fiber ceramic membrane was carried out, inside outside finger hole sponge layer structure and well versed finger hole structure.First of all, studied the additive in Casting membrane solution on the influence of the Ceramic membrane performance. It was found that Ceramic membrane with additive of 3% 2-methoxyethanol has more superior performance, the bending strength is 90.8 MPa, the permeation flux is 18.8m3 · m-2 · h-1 · bar-1, respectively 1.5 times and 2.62 times of the no additive ceramic membrane. And it also has great superiority on gas separation performance. When at low pressure (0.02 MPa), it has higher separation factor for H2/N2 and H2/CO2 system, respectively are 2.84 and 2.71.Second, studied the influence of the synthesis parameters, for example bore fluid composition, the air distance, and sintering temperature, on structure and performance of hollow fiber ceramic membrane. The experiment confirms:Casting membrane solution composites 7.5% polyether sulfone,29.8% NMP,59.7% Al2O3 and 3% 2-methoxyethanol. The optimal sintering temperature is 1500℃. When the bore fluid composition is pure water and the air spacing is 5 cm,, we get the finger holes inside the sponge layer structure, its bending strength is 79.4 MPa, the permeation flux is 30.2m3·m-2 · h-1 · bar-1.Under condition of the same Casting membrane solution composition and the same sintering temperature, when the bore fluid composition is liquid of 10% water and 90% NMP, the air spacing is 0 cm, we get the whole finger hole well versed structure, and its bending strength is 83.9 MPa, the permeation flux is 23.5 m3 ·m-2 ·h-1 · bar-1.
