Antler is cervid family of sika deer and red deer bucks not ossification densely villous young Angle, and it is a rare tonic and medicinal herbs commonly used at home and abroad. Velvet antler is a traditional precious nourishing health care products, chemical composition and content of the active ingredient. Medical research has shown that velvet antler promote reproductive system development, can physical fitness, muscle development, improve the hematopoietic function, improve immunity, make trauma healing rapidly, anti-aging and so on many pharmacological functions. And it has extensive pharmacological activities and health care function, the potential development and utilization, and great economic value.Based on the collaboration with some pharmaceutical factory in Harbin, this project focused on this valuable medicinal material, pilose antler, to process and utilize it rationally, also to control the quality of related products of pilose antler, which previously systematically studied the applicability and its evaluation. This paper concentrated on the oral liquid of pilose antler, aiming to achieve the fully utilization and develop the potential applicability, which can possibly produce this oral liquid with high quality. This research can be carried out to fulfill the best use of pilose antler and maintain the effects of pilose antler in oral liquid.By investigate the charters, clarity, odor, pH value, relative density, loading capacity and content of protein, the quality of oral liquid of pilose antler can be determined, through the method of color reaction of ninhydrin, pH-meter, Westphal balance method, loading method and Kjeldahl method.
