With the continuous development of social economy, water resource pollution is increasingly serious, the requirements of water quality standards are increasingly high, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in China is increasingly acute, especially for drinking water source protection is increasingly urgent. In this paper, we will improve our understanding of the importance and necessity of water resources protection through the concrete of the feasibility study of drinking water sources.This paper from the rural sewage collection project, rural sewage treatment projects, rural living garbage cleaning and collecting disposal engineering, manure disposal engineering, control engineering, warehousing branch river end River remediation, ecological revetment engineering, reservoir engineering, flood cutting channel ring ring base, road hardening project slope reconstruction project, the core content of in this paper, the project used in sewage treatment works and adopt biological pond treatment process and artificial subsurface flow wetland process dynamic selection process into the tributaries of the river end treatment engineering, and livestock and poultry manure disposal, storage tributaries end treatment engineering, river remediation, ecological revetment engineering, surrounding the reservoir flood cutting channel engineering base, ring road hardening project, slope reconstruction project and so on are no energy consumption.Saving energy is a basic national policy of China’s national economy, energy saving and reducing consumption is the consistent policy of national basic construction. Saving production resources and the effective use of resources and energy is particularly important for enterprises and people’s daily life, which reflects the scale of enterprises, technology management level, and can reduce production costs, increase economic, social and environmental benefits. Therefore, this paper will study the energy saving technology for the design and research.
