Roundness as the basis for geometric tolerances affected a number of production and work performances. Probe distribution has great influence on the roundness of measurement results, improper location would lead to distortion of the measurement results. Noising filter was a signal preprocessing method, reasonable filtering can improve the detection accuracy.So study of probe distribution and signal filtering can improve roundness, has a project significance to the implementation and rich roundness error theory.This article described the research of roundness error, probe angle distribution and signal filtering, focus on the measuring probe angle distribution optimization, multi-level filtering and signal detection on the basis of on-line sources analysis, final verified the reasonableness of the angular distribution and multi-stage filter by the experiments, the main work as follows:1、Summarized the impact of error on the basis of on-line roundness error measurement,studied the three categories of errors, analyzed the impact of the probe angle and noise error on the measurement results.2、Studied the probe distribution influenced the error measurement. Established objective function on the basis of the probe angle influenced on the measurement results, according to the actual environment improved distribution constraints probe, optimized and got the angle distribution.3、Analysed the existing multi-stage filter and found deficiencies of detection efficiency and accuracy, improved the existing multi-stage filter method, designed the filtering method program, verifyed the feasibility of improved method basd on comparison with existing methods in accuracy and efficiency.4、Designed the part of hardware and software according to the requirements of on-line testing system, set up experimental device on the microcomputer bed, verifyed the feasibility of probe angle and the new multi-stage filter method, provided a reference for future research.
