Aluminum and aluminum alloy have smalle density, high strength ratio, good conductivity and thermal conductivity. High temperature heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire is a new kind of special wire. Compared with the traditional wire, it has high-temperature strength and anti freeze disaster ability. According to the production and research status of aluminum alloy conductor, this thesis had used heat resistant Al- Zr-B-Sc alloy as the research object and taken dynamic continuous ECAE extrusion to determine the most reasonable extrusion times. High performance aluminum alloy conductor blank had been prepared by continuous ECAE dynamic aging process. The performance of the alloy conductor had been improved through aging treatment. Microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of Al-0.5Zr-0.06B-0.1Sc alloy in continuous EC AE dynamic aging process had been studied b y means of using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, domestic digital display small load Vivtorinox hardness meter and double arm DC bridge. The main results are as follows:(1) Aluminum alloy prepared by continuous ECAE process had grained refinement. The comprehensive performance of the alloy had been more superior than before. Microhardness had increased by 25%. Smelting Al-0.5Zr-0.06B-0.1Sc alloy rod studied in this thesis had gained excellent mechanical properties and conductive properties by passing the path of Bc4 channel angular extrusion. The conductivity had been 56.68%IACS and hardness had been 59.58 HV respectively.(2) The microstructure of Al-0.5Zr-0.06 B alloy conductor had been refined with the addition of Sc element. Alloy had grained good uniformity and obvious refinement effect. The main mechanism is heterogeneous nucleation and fine grain strengthening. The heat resistance of Al-0.5Zr-0.06 B alloy conductor had been improved. Recrystallization temperature had reached over 600℃.(3) Artificial aging process can be used to prepare high performance Al- Zr-B-Sc alloy conductor. Microhardness of Al-0.5Zr-0.06B-0.1Sc alloy can reach 75.49 HV, and the conductivity can reach 61.83%IACS after 16 hours of over aging treatment at temperature of 200 ℃.
