In this paper, Fenton oxidation and activated carbon absorption and membrane separation technology were used to treat high salt and organic wastewater. Fenton oxidation technologywas utilized in the process of pretreatment to separate the most organic matter of the high-sort organic wastewater. Followed by activated carbon absorption technology to remove the organic matter and reduce the color. While membrane separation technologywas applied in depth treatment of the high-sort organic wastewater to remove most of the salt and organic matter, with a view of recycling of the wastewater. In order to confirm the optimum response condition on the process of Fenton oxidation, several factors influencing efficiency were investigated. The result indicatedthe COD removal rate can reach a highest value of 73.4% under the condition of the pH valueof 4,H2O2dosage of200mg/L,FeSO4·7H2O dosage of 300mg/L,reaction time of 120min. The activated carbon absorption technologywas used to treat the wastewaterafter Fenton oxidated. The pH value and the dosage of activated carbon and reaction time influencing the absorption activity were investigated. It achieved a highest COD removal rate of 75.4% under the condition of the pH value of 6.0,activated carbon dosage of5g/L,the temperature of 15℃, the reaction time of 90min.Further more, the Membrane separation technology was used as the depth of the high-sort organic wastewater treatment. The 100nm ceramic micro-filtration membrane,2000Dal Ultrafiltration membrane and Roll reverse osmosis membrane were used one by one.The effect of pressure and the Membrane surface flow rate on the Membrane permeability were investigated. The result showed the COD removal rate can reach a highest value of 87.6% under the condition of the pressure of 1.2MPa,the Membrane surface flow rate of 2.00m/s,and the treated pickle wastewater reached the the national wastewater discharge second standards. While the COD removal rateunder the processing ofthe Membrane surface flow rate of 0.14m/swas 84.9%, which Achieved reverse osmosis water standards. The COD can be completely removed and Desalination rate was 97.7% under the processing of the pressure of 2.6MPa with the reverse osmosis membrane,. The fluid through Reverse osmosis membranecould be used in production of pickle, and the concentrate could be further processing to extract the useful salts.
