| With the development and changes in the international situation and the acceleration of China’s modernization process, the demand of petroleum products is growing in the development of national economy. Pipeline transportation as an economical and safe transportation mode has become a globally recognized mainstream transport mode for product oil. In the research of process design control technologyfor product oil pipeline, the selection of control modes relates to the safe operation and operationmanagement of the entire pipeline system, especially on hydraulic systems control technologyproblems which involving security and stability of pipeline in the future operation.The research on control technology of hydraulic control system for complex product oil pipelinehas carried out based on the actual pipe instances, and optimal controlproposal of hydraulic system on complex product oil pipeline have been obtained.Using Lanzhengchang pipeline as an example, the hydraulic calculation model is built by SPS software to simulate the hydraulic control of Lanzhengchang pipeline. The pipeline is selected as an example to research the effect of pressure control and flow control on product oil pipelinehydraulic system.The simulation results show that the coordination betweendifferent control mode systems should be considered when selecting the operational control mode of complex product oil pipeline hydraulic system. Due to the quite differentthroughout of complex product oil pipeline between initial stage of production and design, the various control modes of complex product oil pipeline hydraulic system should be thoroughly consideredin the design, in order to guarantee the operationof pipelinesmooth and safe, minimizethe amount of mixture oil, and improve the operational efficiency. |
