Gas fuel can reduce pollution,protect the environment,save energy and improve the quality of industrial products,to improve the human survival and development space,realize the sustainable development of human beings.Therefore,our country has begun to adjust the energy structure of cities,gradually raised the proportion of natural gas in the urban energy structure.Since the start of the gas pipeline transportation project from the west to the east in February 2000,the nation has successfully completed the project construction task,our country's construction of natural gas has been gained huge development,which also marks that our country's long-distance pipeline engineering technology management level has reached a new level.At present,with the country's increasing demands for energy,from the China-Russia crude oil pipeline of northeast China,east China's coastal regions liquefied natural gas,crude oil in the northwest and central Kazakhstan,central Asian gas pipeline and oil and gas pipeline project of southwest China and Myanmar has been built one by one,marking that the state energy channel construction has begun to take shape.The paper is based on central Asian gas pipeline system process,operating requirements and physical structure data to determine the model parameters values.Central Asia pipeline system model is established based on the SPS software,and according to the gas transmission task set at the beginning of processing plan.According to different pressure ratio set by the gas transmission task,the process plan of different pipe diameter has been simulated calculation by SPS software.Based on process simulation,the result of simulation has been analyzed.On the basis of engineering cost,the cost present value method is used to compare a variety of technology solutions for technical destination.The process plan has been finally determined.Under the recommended process plans,central Asian gas pipeline has been checked in different reasons to determine ground temperatures in summer and winter and operation plan of annual average temperature.At the same time,in accordance with central Asia pipeline system's transportation capacity in every year and engineering actual built time,transportation amount is needed to be checked.Based on the operation conditions of pipeline transportation amount steps,maximum operation capacity of single tube process and double tube process are checked respectively.Combining with the recommended process transportation plan,configuration scheme of central Asia pipeline system unit has been studied.The paper has made the initial level of compressors through site available power and load rate of each condition of each compressor station unit,and has studied the existing unit standby modes combined with literatures.The cost present value method is adopted for different grade compressor disposition schemes to economic comparison,and to determine the level of the compressor.Finally,the compressor failure has been analyzed.The paper gathers and analyzes the data collected in the site before pipeline putting into production,at the same time makes comparative analysis between the collected data and simulated results,compares and verifies the applicability of the software simulation through the diversity so that numerical simulation can better guide to the field operation.It makes certain effects to the actual operation of pipeline,and further optimizes the pipeline operation,and improves the efficiency of the gas transportation.
