The existing basic grain drying tower using fossil fuels as the heat source for drying, and there is no supporting environmental protection facilities, causing serious pollution to the environment. At the request of the state of atmospheric quality control under the condition of more and more high, the development of environment protection facilities can be used in grain drying tower is the problem to be solved.This paper presents an integrative device including electrostatic dust removal device, bag dust removal device and desulfurization denitration device, puts forward a calculation method for the integrative design of electric-bag composite dust collector and desulfurization denitration for grain dryer, sets the productivity of 20×103 kg/h grain drying tower as an example, and designs integrated apparatus of desulfurization denitration and dust removing for grain drying tower. The theoretical results indicate that flue gas produced by grain drying tower passes through electric-bag composite dust collector unit, the smoke from 1.62×103 mg/m3 to 3.28 mg/m3, which meets the requirements of the latest national standards for air pollutant emission.This paper uses the Fluent module of Ansys Workbench software to do simulation experiment of internal flow field for desulfurization denitration integrative device, finishes simulation analysis for the electric-bag composite dust collector unit of the flue gas inlet velocity and the flue gas inlet distribution board shape of the hole, plate number and opening hole rate, finishes simulation analysis for the spray tower desulfurization denitration unit of the outlet way and the inlet angle.The experimental results show that when the inlet velocity is 13m/s, the internal flow field distribution is more uniform, when the shape hole of distribution board for flue gas inlet is square, the plate number is two, the opening rate of the front plate is 30%, and the backboard rear is 40%, the internal flow field is more uniform, meets the requirements of velocity electric field,when the spray unit flue gas outlet is top,the internal flow field is more uniform,when the spray unit flue gas has importing angle than no, the internal flow field is more uniform.Combining theory calculation and simulation experiments show that the proposed integrated design method of desulfurization denitration dust removal for grain drying tower is feasible, the design of the device is reasonable. It provides theoretical method and effective way of design for desulfurization denitration dust removing device grain drying tower.
