The grain processing industry is involved in the dust processing industry.In the process of processing,a large amount of dust is often generated.If it is not treated in time,it will endanger the health of personnel and the safety of equipment.The grain transportation process of underground grain road is an indispensable one-step process in the grain processing industry.It has the characteristics of large dust production and irregular dust control.At this stage,there are few studies on the characteristics and distribution of grain dust movement in underground grain roads.At the same time,the application of dust removal technology is still in the experience stage,and there are problems such as unclear dust removal location and unsatisfactory dust removal effect.Safe transportation brings great hidden dangers.Therefore,this paper aims to study the distribution characteristics and laws of grain dust in underground grain roads,and provide some reference for dust control of underground grain roads and equipment safety protection.Based on the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental determination,based on CFD software,DPM discrete phase and gas-solid two-phase flow model,the basic characteristics and movement laws of grain dust in underground grain road,underground grain road under different working conditions The distribution of dust particles,the distribution of pressure field and the distribution of velocity field were analyzed and designed.The experiment was carried out to monitor the dust concentration of grain particles with different particle sizes during the operation of underground grain.The main work contents are as follows:1.The research status of food dust at home and abroad,the status quo of numerical simulation research of gas-solid two-phase flow and the research status of particle distribution in underground space are summarized,and the research methods and contents of this paper are analyzed.2.Study the characteristics and operating state of grain dust particles in underground grain roads,according to the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,analyze the force of grain particles and establish the force and motion equation of grain particles.3.Using CFD software to establish a numerical model of underground grain tract,numerical simulation analysis of grain dust particle concentration,underground grain road pressure field and velocity field under different wind speed,conveyor speed and feed rate.In this paper,the numerical simulation and on-site measurement of grain dust particles in underground grain road under different working conditions are carried out,and the distribution law of grain particles is summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for dust control of underground grain road.
