Coal mine roof accident is one of the major coal disasters. In our country, large and medium-sized coal mines need install mine safety monitoring systems and other technical equipments. Lon Works system can realize wireless communication, tracking and management of multiple functions, and also be further extended to video surveillance, wireless remote control to build remote communication network at all levels of management network. In this paper, based on the Lon Works fieldbus, the design and implementation of the Jining No.3 Coal Mine KJ216 coal mine coal mine roof dynamic detection monitoring system, used in tunneling roadway anchor wire rope supporting the design of the system.This thesis has completed the following research content:(1) Based on the technologies of the field bus, network communication, and software design, we analyze the overall demands and principles of the roof monitoring system, and design the overall structure and network structure of the system. We also design the architecture, usage case, and performance of the roof monitoring system, and analyze the roof monitoring system data flow, including the top level data flow, secure access, and query data flow diagram.(2)Study the design and technical requirements of the industial netowork structure, and designed(a) the Lon Works bus structure and application to complelet the communication network;(b)the underground and ground modual;(c) the pipeline from the data colletion to managment through analyzing the server architecture and functional modual(3) Based on to the application and design results, introduces the system performance results and equipment configuration, and implements the underground communication network and the roof monitoring information acquisition function module, establishes the communication network and the data acquisition system; implements the monitoring of the coal mine roof support stress state, the condition of roof abscission layer and rock displacement, the critical value alert and roadway stress state; Contructs the security architecture of the system; Complete the system function realization.The design and application of this system have practical significance for the roof safety management, safety production, safety operation and the construction of the informatization and scientific development of the coal enterprises. Through the specific system design and system implementation, we can come to the conclusion that(a) the system can better adapt to the modern coal enterprise management and development needs,(b) the system has comprehensive function, relatively stable operation and rapid data processing, etc,(c) the system can be widely applied for the contemporary coal enterprise for roof safety management and data management. This system platform can improve scientification, specification and maneuverability of the coal mine roof quality detection system, realize the scientification and standandization of the coal mine supporting quality and roof dynamic monitoring task, and prevent or reduce the roof accidents to promote the enterprise’s safety production of coal mines...
