In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the coal industry has put forward higher requirements for the safe production of mines.Among the total number of mine accidents,the proportion of roof accidents has remained high,posing a serious threat to the life safety and production safety of coal mine workers.Real-time monitoring of roof dynamics plays an important role in ensuring safe production of mines.However,at present,the monitoring of the state of the roof is mainly based on the manual master,which not only has a large workload,but also has poor real-time data reading.Therefore,the development of a new type of roof dynamic monitoring system to achieve intelligent replacement of manual monitoring has important practical significance.Aiming at the main problems existing in the existing roof monitoring system,a dynamic monitoring system for mine roof based on Linux platform is designed.The system adopts the EPC-9200 industrial control development board,and uses Qt language for programming development.The real-time information of the top board status can also be seen through the LCD screen mine.In the dynamic monitoring system of the top plate designed in this paper,the real-time monitoring of the displacement sensor and the pressure sensor is realized by adding the identifier in the customized CAN protocol.Secondly,a handshake signal is added when the substation and the sensor are successfully transmitted.Improve the security and reliability of data transmission.Not only that,the system also transplanted the Mysql database on the industrial control development board,realized the local storage of data,increased the data management function,and finally realized the synchronization of the database by using the multi-master-slave method,which is more conducive to data management and analysis.Through the development of the Linux platform-based mine roof dynamic monitoring system,the staff can timely understand the safety status of the roof based on the monitored data information,and predict the possible disasters,thereby reducing or avoiding the occurrence of mine roof accidents.
