This paper gives a new method about jigger constant facial speed control, the new method is a Closed-Loop Control System technical scheme composed of 8051 single-chip microcomputer, stepper motor and sensors. This system has some advantages including simple construction, reliable operation, low east and highly automated. Therefore, the technical scheme has major guiding significance in development of the new jigger.First, the paper analyses winding characteristic of reversible winding machine,and erects a mathematical model, and detailed analyses constant facial speed control about winding textile, and calculates correlative parameter.Secondly, based on the M141 jigger, this paper gives overall project design, hardware control system design, control function and software control system design.Hardware control system design of constant facial speed control system contains five parts: this paper designs voltage stabilizing power supply for single-chip microcomputer and sensors, 12VDC for sensors and 5VDC for single-chip microcomputer. This paper uses LED display drivered by MAX7219 and produced by MAXIM company in America. Therefore ,avoiding direct and regular service for LED, the system's CPU has more time to service for constant facial speed control system, two pieces of MAX7219 drive 16 LEDs. The part about signal acquisition and processing gives a velocity-measuring system which realized by ENB-010-2-1 sensor, and gives a new method based on HKZ8002D sensors which can realize elongation compensate control and autocycle. The next part is design about stepping motor driver circuit, constant facial speed control system uses 5 phases stepping motor, the motor works in unilateralism. For this ,the paper designs light-electricity isolation circuit, annular pulse distributor and power amplifier for the motor. Based on introduce operational principle of single-chip microcomputer, the paper designs counterplanning power down circuit, reset circuit and oscillation of crystal circuit.The software design of constant facial speed control contains three parts, one part is elongation compensate autocycle control principal and it's flow chart. The other part is principal, working process and flow chart of constant facial speed control duringwinding fabric. The last part is implement method and flow chart of main program. At the same time, the paper gives address assignment of RAM in single-chip microcomputer.Finally, this paper gives an outline of the method about constant facial speed control system emulational debug and test run.
