Skin care arrangement, developed by Bayer which concept originated in the cosmetics applications. The high-tech integration of fiber、 biological and environmental protection with textile finishing, which gives fabric of recuperation moisturize and other special functions.Amino acids or proteins derivatives which is the natural moisturizing factor of human body. They can prevent skin get drying、 cracking and aging effectively, and restrain the production of skin melanin. They not only have the function to hold back ultraviolet ray、 sunlight、 microwave、 chemicals and atmospheric pollutants erosion the skin, but also havethe antibacterial action. As a representative of the biological finishing agent, amino acids cause researchers bigger concern with its safety、 non-toxic、 good biocompatibility, but at present the skin care fiber research only focuses on making the skin care agent applied and solid in fiber, through the friction achieve the purpose of skin care. Though the method achieved purpose of durability, skin can’t absorb moisturizing factor and affect the skin care effect. The experiment through the research on modification of cotton、polyester and polylactic acid fibers, focuses on the absorb and release between the fibers and natural moisturizing factors. Sericin which is a natural environmental protection material can produce amino acids derivatives as skin active substances. The amino acids derivatives are combined with fibers through a physical way, and released in specific circumstances, to achieve the purpose of skin care, then with the help of IR、SEM in the experiments, mechanism of modification effect is proved. the moisture absorption rate of modified fabrics were tested, and the high-low of the moisture absorption rate will be an indirect effect evaluation standard of skin care to evaluate the modified fabrics.Experimental results showed that, compared with the ordinary cotton、 poly fabrics, the moisture absorption rate of modified cotton、 poly fabrics had improved a lot, but the polylactic acid fiber doesn’t changed significantly. Finally, the optimal conditions are determined.Cotton:The optimal conditions of carboxylation were that the concentration of citric acid and sodium hypohoshite were 10.5% and 9.3%, respectively. The temperature of baking was 160℃, and the baking time was 3 min. The optimal conditions of adsorption were that the concentration of sodium bicarbonate solution was 3%, reacting time was 10 min, sericin solution concentration was 7% and reacting time was 30 min.Polyester:The optimal condition of carboxylation were:the dispose time of low temperature plasma30s, concentration of crylic acid 60%, reacting time 60 min; temperature of dimethylformamide disposing was 140℃, and the disposing time was 30min; The optimal condition of adsorption were:the mass fraction of sodium bicarbonate solution0.3%, reacting time 5 min, the mass fraction of sericin solution5% and reacting time 30 min.
