This paper first picks up chemicals like anthraquinones from aloe by soxhlet extraction,then organizes pure cotton fabric through citric acid,tartaric acid and chemicals distilled.Aloe and cotton are strictly combined through bridging function of Poly-carboxylic acids.Meanwhile,cotton fabrics have the persistent property of resisting anti-wrinkle,anti-bacterial and anti- anti-ultraviolet ray.With single-factor and orthogonal analysis,we found the best technology of extracting anthraquinones compound in aloe by soxhlet extraction,that is the concentration of grain ethanol 75%,circumfluence temperature 80℃,amount of aloe is 40g.the main ingredient in aloe is proved to be anthraquinones respectively through tests of color-appearance reaction,ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum.This paper analyzes the influence of different factorson entire effect through single-factor analysis.By orthogonal designing,we synthesized factors on finishing,and found the best finishing technology:poly-carboxylic acids concentration is 10%,SHP concentration is 6%,aloe concentration is 2%,CA and TA mole ratio is 1:1,curing temperature and time is 170℃×3min.The ratio of incresing the weight of fabrics reaches 13.12%;ratio of transparency of T (UVA)is 1.29%,T(UVB)1.01%,UPF 68.26,reversion of wrinkle reaches 221.8°,rupture mightiness remained is 68.3%,whiteness remained is 78.7%.After anti-bacteria testing the finished cotton fabrics,we found that the rate of anti-stap.aureus reached 96.6%,anti-e.coli reached 91.2%,anti- candida albicans reached 68.3%.After washing 50 times,reversion of wrinkle increased 40%,rupture mightiness and whiteness rose,anti-g stap.aureus and antie. coli reached above 80%,ratio of transparency of T(UVA)is 2.62%,T(UVB)2.49%.With scan electron microscope,infrared spectrogram and X-diffraction chart,we proved that poly-carboxylic acids esterified large molecule of cotton fiber because of ring-anhydride.By bridging of poly-carboxylic acids,aloe anthraquinones fastened cotton fiber as chemical bond.This paper investigates on the mechanism,technology,the way to improve treatment effect,mechanical,anti-bacterial properties and anti-ultraviolet ray of poly-carboxylic acids/aloe treatment,which will push the development of environment friendly textile product.
