Study On The Measure Of Driving Effect And The Affecting Factor Of Water Environment In The Tumen River Region

In April, 2015, promulgated by the state council concerning the notice issued by the water pollution prevention and control of action plan(hereinafter referred to as "water ten"),which promote the building of ecological civilization, put forward to 2030,overall improvement, strive for the national water environment quality of water ecosystem function recovery. Water resource is an indispensable important means of production, economic and social development, what’s more, water environment protection is a matter of people’s vital interests, to strengthen the prevention and control water pollution, improve water resources management system, environmental protection from the source to reverse water ecological environment deterioration trend. This paper,taking the Tumen river water environment quality improvement as example, based on the analysis of the Tumen river water environment quality present situation, besides,economic and social development and the present situation of water pollutants were also taken into consideration, on the basis of the use of STIRPAT model, parsing the Tumen river water environment influence factors, researching the Tumen river water environmental protection measures, exploring the Tumen river region water pollution control and water environment protection countermeasures and suggestions. Research result shows that the technical factors are the main positive factors of the Tumen river water environment, population scale, the per capita GDP and urbanization rate of secondary industry are the major negative effects of the Tumen river water environmental improvement factors. It also shows that technology can effectively promote the development of water pollutant emissions, promote the improvement of the quality of water environment, whereas the increasing population, economic rapidly development, the improvement of the second industry and the development of urbanization will lead to the increasing water pollutants, which result in the deterioration of the Tumen river water environment; analysis shows the economic development, technical level and industrial structure of Yanji, Tumen, Longjing and Hunchun are the main driving factors of the Tumen river water environment change.Therefore, the main measures of Tumen river water environmental protection is upgrading the industrial structure, improving urban sewage collection and treatment system, advancing the control of water pollution, developing and introducing water treatment technology and introducing as well as perfecting the water policies and regulations of the environmental protection mechanisms, which play an important part of promoting coordinated development of the Tumen river economic society and water environment protection.
