China is a big agricultural country, the use of pesticides is essential during the process of the agricultural production. Now the main application of pesticide formulations are emulsifible concentrate, toluene as the main solvent. During the use of pesticides, it will certainly have pesticide residues in the soil, which leads serious pollution to the environment. In addition to the pesticide, the main sources of major pollution substances is difficult degradable surfactants. These surfactants are difficult to degrade into the soil, which corrupt the environment and cause incalculable damage. In recent years, people begin to worry about their current life environment while meet the life needs. It has become a hot topic in the field of pesticides to study the development of green security surfactants in pesticide water emulsions. This paper studied the synthesis of alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate ester surfactant and then applied the synthetic alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate ester surfactant to 15 wt% triazophos emulsions and 15 wt% triazophos chlorpyrifos emulsions. It was investigated that the triazophos and chlorpyrifos pesticide emulsions was stable by studying the preparation conditions of formulation.Firstly, Chapter II in polyphosphoric acid reactant and alkyl phenol ethoxylates alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate synthesis conditions were investigated to the highest content of alkylphenol ether monophosphate as an indicator, the best experimental conditions: alkyl polyphosphate was 1:1, the reaction temperature was80 o C, reaction time was 4h, the amount of hydrolysis was 5 wt%, hydrolysis time was 60 min. Under the optimal experimental conditions prepared alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate ester surfactant. Then, on the basis of experiments of the previous chapter, chapter III used high shear emulsification, 15 wt% triazophos emulsions triazophos formulation optimization and screening, mainly on the mixed surfactant the amount was 8 wt%, 9wt%, 10 wt%, 11 wt%, 12 wt%, alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate ester Tween80,Span80 ratio was 1:1:8, 2:2:6, 3:3:4, 4:4:2, 5:5:0, 5:0:5, the amount of co-surfactant was 0 wt%, 0.3 wt%, 0.5 wt%, 0.8 wt%, 1.0 wt%, the physical stabilizer(calcium carbonate, clay starch), ambient temperature(room temperature 25 o C, high temperature 52 ± 2 o C, low temperature 0-3 o C) experiments obtained 15 wt%triazophos emulsions triazophos impact on the stability, to give 15 wt% triazophos best formula for emulsions: mixed surfactant was an amount of 10 wt%; proportion alkyl phenol ethoxylates complex phosphates, Tween80 and Span80 was 4:4:2;co-surfactant amount was 0.5 wt%; physically stable agent was a clay. The results showed that the obtained experimental triazophos emulsions had good stability and excellent performance. Finally, the same high-speed shear emulsification of 15 wt% chlorpyrifos emulsions formulation optimization and screening in the fourth chapter, the amount of mixed surfactant was 8 wt%, 9 wt%, 10 wt%, 11 wt%, 12 wt%, the ratio of alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate to Tween80 to Span80 was 1:1:8, 2:2:6, 3:3:4, 4:4:2,5:5:0, 5:0:5), the amount of co-surfactant was 0 wt%, 0.3 wt%, 0.5 wt%, 0.8 wt%, 1.0wt%, the physical stabilizer(calcium carbonate, clay, starch), ambient temperature(room temperature 25 o C, the highest temperature 52±2 o C, low temperature 0-3 o C).We obtained the stability of 15 wt% chlorpyrifos emulsions under optimal conditions:amount of mixed surfactant was 9 wt%, the ratio of alkyl phenol ethoxylates phosphate to Tween80 to Span80 was 3:3:4, the amount of co-surfactant was 0.5 wt%,the physical stabilizer was Ca CO3. Test results showed that the obtained 15 wt%chlorpyrifos emulsions had good stability and excellent performance.
