PVC(polyvinyl chloride) is an important chemical raw materials, due to the rapid development of the chlor-alkali industry in recent years, increasing its production. PVC production process consumes a large amount of fresh water, and produce large amounts of waste water to the environment caused some threat. In order to reduce pollution, reduce production cost of investment, PVC centrifugal mother liquor of waste water treatment in order to achieve further reuse.The test design of micro flocculation direct filtration, ozone oxidation and carbon sand filtration and ultrafiltration reverse osmosis technology is combined for PVC centrifugal mother liquor wastewater treatment, the purpose is to reuse. PVC centrifugal mother liquor wastewater is from Siping Haohua Co. Ltd., designed flow rate is 1.25m3/h. The equipment is installed on the metal frame of 3m multiply by1.5m.The raw water was filtered directly after flocculation. The diameter of the filter column is 0.5m, the height is 2.8m, and the filtration rate is 7m/h. Adopt the air-water back flushing, and the bottom flange of the filter column is perforated and installed with a long- handled filter head. Automatic control of filter system. The water tank is 1.5m length, 1.0m width, and 1.9m height respectively. The water in the sand filtered water tank is fed into the ozone reaction column by centrifugal pump,and the diameter of the ozone column is 259 mm, and the 3.0m height. Four ozone reaction columns is designed, three ozone can complete the reaction with contacting time 10 min. Taking into account the safety margin, the fourth ozone reaction column only open but not ozone. The design parameters of The next carbon sand filter column are the same as the previous ordinary sand filter column, and the water enters the carbon sand tank, then is pumped into the reverse osmosis device for further treatment.After the operation of the whole devices, the treatment water quality should meet the GB/T19923-2005 "water quality for urban sewage recycling industry" and GB5749-2006 "Hygienic standard for drinking water".
