In this paper, research on misaligned rotor system based on motorized spindle reliability test bench, the misalignment fault is very common for rotor system, which accounted for more than 60 per cent of all the fault of rotor system. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability level of motorized spindle reliability test bench itself, it is necessary to research misalignment of motorized spindle reliability test bench.When the reliability test bench appears misalignment, the laminated membrane group of laminated membrane coupling will deform to compensate relative displacement of between driving shaft and driven shaft. The deformation of membrane group will produce additional load, the more serious misalignment, the greater the additional load, and it will affect the stability of the test bench. In order to find out characteristic signal and the reason of the additional load caused by misalignment, the research work in this paper can be summarized as follows.1) From the perspective of the deformation of laminated membrane coupling, explain the reason of the additional load caused by misalignment, and derive the function of deformation.2) Obtaining the formula of the additional load caused by misalignment. Combine with theoretical analysis, software simulation and experimental verification to solve axial stiffness and radial stiffness of laminated membrane coupling, and introduce the concept of dynamic stiffness to optimize the model of misalignment. Finally, the calculation formula of additional load is derived by optimizing the model.3) Analysis of misalignment characteristic signal, building the condition monitoring system of characteristic signal, laser displacement sensor and noise meter are used to monitor characteristic signal, which include vibration, shaft orbit and noise. Taking into account a lot of interference source of test bench, wavelet neighboring coefficients denoising method is used to filter the original signal, experimental results show that this method is better than traditional filtering methods.4) Proving fault characteristic of all kinds of misalignment fault by experimental. Research on the value of misalignment and speed influence on the characteristic signal, laid the foundation of fault diagnosis and fault alarm of misalignment.The research of this paper provide technical reserves for improving the reliability level of motorized spindle reliability test bench, and provide a new way of thinking for the research of laminated membrane coupling rotor system, it has important practical value.
