It is generally known that the motorized spindle is the most important part for the NC machine tools and it is the key element for the performance of the machine tool.The characteristics of motorized spindle is high speed,high precision and high efficiency.It is very important to increase the precision of motorized spindle dynamic balance for keeping the spindle speed,operation precision and machining efficiency.But because of the various factors will affect the precision of motorized spindle dynamic balance(for example motorized spindle manufacturing error,installation error,error of the production materials,etc),this kind of error caused by all sorts of small motorized spindle dynamic imbalance is not completely avoid.The main reason of motorized spindle unbalance is rotor imbalance and the most important factor of high speed rotating machinery imbalance is rotor imbalance,which may result in increased wear and induce other malfunction,even a major accident.As a result,we must face up to the dynamic balance of high-speed motorized spindle now and work to solve the investigations of the motorized spindle rotor unbalance together.Based on virtual instrument Labview software platform,the corresponding dynamic imbalance online measurement method was put forward basing on the motorized spindle of whole shaft sleeves.Developed a method which combined the Fourier transform method,the polynomial curve fitting and hooke's law can measure electric spindle dynamic imbalance force size and vector location,direction of online monitoring and testing system.The research is to make a full range of testing the vibration of the high-speed spindle,and provide base data for motorized spindle online balance technology.This thesis includes the following contents:1.Introduces the basic structure and working principle of motorized spindle,the electric spindle technology research of dynamic balancing,motorized spindle and motorized spindle dynamic balance research status at home and abroad,the electric spindle dynamic balancing device was introduced,and the virtual instrument and the development and application of Labview.For high speed motorized spindle dynamic balancing were analyzed the importance of numerical control machine tool development.Finally,the domestic goals and direction of the development of the electric spindle dynamic balance was pointing out.2.For the electric spindle dynamic balance technique and adjusting the structure of the device and method,which was proposed based on virtual instrument of motorized spindle dynamic balance testing methods,introduced the related concept and requirement,analyzing on the factors of related integration and key technology.3.The calculation method of the motorized spindle dynamic unbalance was designed.The algorithm was made by Fourier transform method,the polynomial curve fitting and hooke's law combining a new measurement method of motorized spindle imbalance,and the algorithm through Labview programming.4.The on-line detection module of motorized spindle dynamic imbalance force was designed through the Labview virtual instrument,it was composed of six modules including the user login module,the amplitude frequency characteristics analysis module,the spindle speed with frequency module,measured point locus module,curve fitting module,and the dynamic balancing power module.5.The electrical spindle dynamic balance test was made by using integrated simulation laboratory equipment fault diagnosis analysis system,for the design and development of motorized spindle dynamic imbalance algorithm test validation.The dynamic balance test was made by using laboratory mechanical motorized spindle,for the developed prototype system module test.In this thesis,the development of on-line detection algorithm and motorized spindle dynamic balancing module has good real-time online detection,it can motorize spindle rotor unbalance analysis detected accurately and visually when the size of the force and position and direction of the vector,and show a good application effect in the experiment and practical value.
