With the continuous development of science technology and the intersection between different disciplines, the traditional inorganic and organic materials have been unable to meet the requirements of some specific areas. So more and more researchers have gradually turn research emphasis to the preparation of new functional polymer materials. Novel functional material should have excellent performance in order to satisfy the requirements in the field of electronics, aerospace and so on. such as low dielectric constant. excellent thermal stability and good hydrophobic properties. In recent years. the development of fluorinated double-decker silsesquioxane pave a broad way to synthesis novel functional material. The hybrid material can show excellent performance due to existence of the inorganic framework which consisted by Si-O-Si. organic functional groups which can be easily adjusted and the element of fluoride. At present, the main preparation methods of hybrid materials can be divided into two kinds which are chemical copolymerization and physical blending respectively. And chemical copolymerization method can make the double-decker silsesquioxane evenly dispersed in polymer system, so the materials can exhibit unique functionality.Based on the hydrosilylation reaction, double hydrogen functionalized POSS react with eugenol and allylpentafluorobenzene to synthesize double hydroxyl functionalized POSS monomer and fluorinated POSS monomer. And then through the nucleophilic substitution reaction, a series of poly(aryl ether sulfones) systems hybrid with fluorinated double-decker silsesquioxane were synthesized, including "cage-cage" type, block type and random type poly (aryl ether sulfone) hybrid materials. Among them, the random type and block type of hybrid material was carried out in accordance with the equivalent fluorine mole percentage, and then characterized and test the performance of the materials. The author investigate the influence of POSS and fluoride on thermal stability, dielectric properties and hydrophobic properties of the polymer, and the synergistic effect of POSS and fluoride on dielectric properties was also studied. This thesis can be derived into two parts:The first part, the author used hydrogen functionalized POSS to react with eugenol and allylpentafluorobenzene in order to synthesize double hydroxyl functionalized POSS monomer and fluorinated POSS monomer, and then to synthesis "cage-cage" type and block type and random type POSS poly (aryl ether sulfone) hybrid material.The second part, the author texted the dielectric and hydrophobic properties of poly(aryl ether sulfones) systems hybrid with fluorinated double-decker silsesquioxane. the dielectric constant of "Cage-Cage" bicopolymer is 2.24 in 1MHz. the contact angle is 107°. The author investigated the effect of the nanoscale hole of fluorinated POSS and low polar groups on the dielectric constant of polymer, and also studied synergistic effect of POSS and fluoride on dielectric properties...
