Epoxy resin matrix composite has been widely used. This topic was prepared by carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite material, to explore different carbon fiber density on the influence of the electrical and mechanical properties of composite materials.First of all,the preparation of the AG- 80 epoxy resin. The six different curing scheme design,curing reaction of epoxy resin was studied, the mechanical and thermal properties.Found: plan 4 is the best,the impact strength is 11.96 KJ/m2,the bending strength of 116.2 Mpa;Within the section more toughening nest and rivers shape close;Tenacity is the best; Glass transition temperature is higher;Good heat resistance.Secondly, five kinds of carbon fiber fabric with different density were woven, and carbon fiber / epoxy composite was prepared.The curing reaction of composite were investigated,mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties.Found:plan 1 is the best, the impact strength is 13.57 k J/m2,the bending strength of 121.3 Mpa;Toughness is best,glass transition temperature is highest; Minimum resistivity is 0.077 / Ω * m;Heat resistant performance is good.Finally,to determine the optimum technology of carbon fiber reinforced modified epoxy system are:weaving stitching yarn by the distance interval for 4 mm carbon fiber fabric,epoxy resin,curing agent,promoter,the ratio between diluent for: 1.0:100-80 in 20,adhesive solution ultrasonic stirring 30 min,curing process for 2h +80℃/80℃/4 h +140℃/4 h,the last 160 ℃ post-processing 4 h.Instead of the traditional moulding method is adopted, this topic combined textile technology and materials science,through the fabric weaving interval/epoxy resin composite carbon fiber/epoxy resin composite material,which provides a new way for the preparation of composite materials research.
