Abstract/Summary:
In the face of the fierce competition in the modern textile industry and the demand of national energy-saving and emission-reduction, it is necessary to improve the quality of textile products and reduce the energy consumption. And the air conditioning system occupies a large proportion in the textile factory energy consumption. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the workshop production requirements and comprehending the operating performance of the air conditioning system, then study the method of optimization and energy saving.In this paper, the air conditioning system of a textile weaving workshop in Xi’an is studied. Firstly introduced the general situation and the energy consumption of the air conditioning system of the weaving workshop, and puts forward the evaluation index of energy consumption of air conditioning system. Based on PLC and i FIX monitoring control and data acquisition system, statistical analysis of the annual energy consumption of the air conditioning system with the combination of weather parameters, from the cooler running temperature difference, performance parameters of COP, SEER and TECOI which is the air conditioning system operation total energy consumption index evaluation,and then analyzed the whole operation conditions of the air conditioning system. At the same time, the cold load of the air conditioning system of the weaving workshop was simulated with Plus Energy, in order to analyze the energy saving potential of the air conditioning system.Analysis of daily energy consumption and operating parameters of the air conditioning system in the typical test day, so that concrete analysis of the actual operation of the air conditioning system. Through the analysis of the stability of temperature and humidity in workshop to evaluate the workshop operation of air conditioning system, combined with the operating parameters of fan and water pump,then carried out the energy efficiency evaluation of the main energy consuming equipment in the air conditioning system from the perspective of general heat exchange efficiency of the spray chamber and the operating efficiency of the air pump,in order to determine whether the air conditioning system has energy saving potential.And according to the analysis and diagnosis of the actual operation of air conditioning system, the energy saving optimization measures are put forward.Finally select the feasible optimization of energy saving measures: within the scope of the workshop production of temperature and humidity, adjust the parameters in the workshop to achieve the purpose of optimizing the energy saving. After experimental demonstration: compared to other set parameters in the workshop, when setting the parameters for the environment temperature was 29 ℃, the relative humidity of the big environment and the small environment which were 70% and86.5%, the operating temperature and humidity inside weaving workshop is stability,and operation of fan and water pump in high efficiency and low energy state.
