Analysis Of Taiyuan Heyida Company Energy Saving Measures And Evaluation On Alloy Casting Project Energy Saving

In order to adapt the development of Taiyuan heyida company requirements and realize the energy saving transformation and the national economy sustainable coordinate development, the company used "clean enterprise and energy-saving enterprise" as development goal, strengthened the basic energy management and increased the investment on the resource conservation work,so that the company’s energy conservation and consumption reduction has marched on the scientific and nonnal track, and achieved significant result.On the basis of the national and local laws and regulations, combined with the level of economic development of taiyuan city, the energy measures of Taiyuan Heyida special steel company are analyzed and the energy saving measures of the stainless steel alloy castings are assessed in this paper.(1) Firstly, the energy measures of Taiyuan heyida special steel company are analyzed, and then the basic situation of the stainless steel and alloy casting project is introduced, the energy supply, electric furnace smelting principle, process and technical solution are analyzed in detail, Taiyuan heyida special steel company decide to use the two footwork smelting technology production stainless steel by comparing three refining methods, and the casting process is also briefly introduced.(2) Process energy saving and consumpted equipment energy saving are evaluated in the smelting process. The energy saving assessment of the main consumpted processes including the electrical characteristics, energy consumption situation, power grid interference and thermal chemical process of electric arc furnace-AOD in smelting process and the electrical characteristics, energy consumption situation, energy saving measures in dust removal process. Energy saving energy equipment evaluation including EAF arc furnace, the furnace transformer, reactor, castfusion, computer control hydraulic electric arc furnace electrode regulator,AOD furnace automatic lord fan, driving system.air compressor and auxiliary production facilities.(3) The project is summarized. The suggestions of strengthening energy-saving management are given in the aspects of energy management, energy meter system, air compressor, water pump, fan, arc furnace and AOD furnace,combined with the energy flow chart, comprehensive energy consumption indicators and the actual situation of Taiyuan heyida special steel company.(4) At last, analyzed other energy saving measures of Taiyuan heyida special steel company, including management and energy saving illumination energy conservation.
