In modern society, with the development of economy, the changes of national concept and the speeding up of the life rhythm, people’s demand for clothing is not only stay in the beautiful appearance, but pay more attention to comfortable feeling. Reaching the physical and mental contentment and comfort is the common pursuit of consumers.Therefore, in recent years, the clothing comfort in the field of research and production has aroused peopled’s great concern. Through using the method of measurement and evaluation scale to predict the comfort level of the clothing and meet the requirement of consumers is increasingly valued.In recent years, along with the popularity and application of tight clothing such as jeans and stockings, wearing safe and comfort of lower extremities has aroused people’s attention. This paper put the spring tight pantyhose as test object. Then do research on the subjective tactile comfort perception and the relationship between the physical properties of clothing and tactile comfort in the state of wearing. One reason of putting this as the research direction is that in terms of pantyhose wearing comfort, the comfort level of human body skin contact with the clothing directly affect the overall dress comfort. The other reason is that the production of tactile perception is mainly caused by the properties of the garment. That perception is the generalization of wearing apparel contact characteristics which through people’s long-term of practice. Whole research process is:First of all, analyzing and summarizing relevant present situation and progress of previous studies which mainly research feels comfortable in touch perception and the physical stimulation causes tactile perception.Taking difference attitude scale of Fritz semantic for reference,according to the characteristics of the tight pantyhose to design subjective evaluation questionnaire and dressing experiment scheme of subjective comfort evaluation. Then combined with physiological reaction mechanism of human body, based on the characteristics of fabric physical properties to determine the physical properties test indicators and design the experiment scheme of physical performance test. Designing a series of common actions to human body’s key parts in lower limbs and designing dressing experimental scheme of objective pressure;Secondly, based on the preparation of the experiment and the designation ofexperimental scheme to select participants and do the experiment in accordance with the experimental scheme. Do subjective evaluation experiments first and obtain subjective evaluation results in accordance with the description term and evaluation scale. Then do the performance test to such identified performance as bending performance, tensile properties, air permeability, moisture permeability, and so on. To measure the pressure value of the different parts in different conditions and obtain the results of objective physical measurement;Thirdly, analyze the reliability of subjective evaluation scale and the validity of the data by using the reliability analysis and the Kendall W coordination coefficient test in SPSS software. Using cluster analysis and factor analysis to analyze the subjective evaluation results. We can gain the relationship among dress psychological perception and can refine contact factor, pressure factor and hot wet factor from complex psychological perception.Then analyze the objective physical performance and pressure measurement results by using the Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis in SPSS. We can gain the relationship between the physical test indicators and dress tactile comfort and gain the pressure change rule in different parts under different state, stress change rule of lower limbs under movement state.Finally, combining the processing results of experimental data and using linear regression analysis in SPSS to analyze all main factors.Based on the subjective perception to Create linear model and BP neural network model which can predict clothing comfort and based on the physical properties to create forecast model which can predict the whole dress comfort. Then design verification test to verify the created model.This topic discusses and researches the relatively new field of pantyhose clothing comfort. Do some exploration and accumulation in the theory study of tight pantyhose clothing comfort.The established prediction model which obtained through researching can provide a certain reference for the future design and production of pantyhose.And have certain realistic directive significance.
