Environmental hormone is a kind of exogenous substances, has very big harm to human body, which is ubiquitous in nature, and there are three main biological invasions ways to the human body, including:food, air, water, therefore, trace amounts of environmental hormone extraction method is very important, need us to explore.In this paper, based on the magnetic graphene as a magnetic solid phase extraction agent, based on the magnetic ionic liquids as extractants of liquid-liquid microextraction, and extract bisphenol, pesticides, hormone estrogen class environment hormone at the same time, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for detection at the same time, specific research results are as follows:1、In this paper, Synthesizing magnetic graphene (MGO), which is used solid phase extraction agent, and extract bisphenol F, bisphenol A, bisphenol AF, bisphenol AP four environmental hormone. Extraction parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized such as:the amount of extraction, extraction time, ionic strength, pH value of solution, salt amount, elution solvent type, the volume of elution solvent etc., and to detect by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at the same time. Linear range of the method are as follows: 50-5000 ng/mL, the detection limit is:1.37-2.70 ng/mL, the method is applied to the grape juice, pear juice, tap water to to extract and detect, the recovery rate is 71.0%-103.4%, with a coefficient of determination 1.2%-4.9%, with a satisfied.2、In this paper, based on the magnetic graphene as a magnetic solid phase extraction agent, and extract Carbendazim, Thiabendazole two environmental hormone. Extraction parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized such as:the amount of extraction, extraction time, ionic strength, pH value of solution, salt amount, elution solvent type, the volume of elution solvent etc., and to detect by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at the same time. Linear range of the method are as follows:250-5000 ng/mL, the detection limit is:2.60-3.50 ng/mL, the method is applied to the grape juice, pear juice, tap water samples to to extract and detect, the recovery rate is 71.1%-98.1%,with a coefficient of determination 1.4%-4.4%, with a satisfied.3、In this paper, Synthesizing magnetic ionic liquids ([3C6PC14] [FeCl4]/MIL) as extractant of liquid-liquid microextraction, and extract bisphenol F, bisphenol A, bisphenol AF, bisphenol AP four environmental hormone. Extraction parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized such as:the volume of extraction solvent, extraction time, extraction solution pH, ionic strength, the extraction kinetics of the ionic liquid, when the temperature at 323 K, the four pairs of phenolics in 3 min basic extraction equilibrium. Linear range of the method are as follows:50-5000 ng/mL, the detection limit is:1.25 to 1.50 ng/mL, the method is applied to the River water, food packaging bags samples to to extract and detect, the recovery rate is 81.3%-100.3%, with a coefficient of determination 1.2%-4.9%, with a satisfied.4、In this paper, Synthesizing magnetic ionic liquids ([3C6PC14] [FeCl4]) as extractant of liquid-liquid microextraction, and extract estriol,17-17-alpha hydroxy beta estradiol, estrone, progesterone and megestrol acetate and estradiol benzoate six hormone. Extraction parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized such as:the volume of extraction solvent, extraction time, extraction solution pH, ionic strength, the extraction kinetics of the ionic liquid, when the temperature at 323 K, the four pairs of phenolics in 2 min basic extraction equilibrium. Linear range of the method are as follows:25-5000 ng/mL, the detection limit is:1.40-3.60 ng/mL, the method is applied to the River water, food packaging bags samples to to extract and detect, the recovery rate is 92.3%-102.5%, with a coefficient of determination 1.6%-4.5%, with a satisfied.The above four experiments show that two kinds of magnetic material has good application value, and detection of trace environmental hormones in the liquid samples to have satisfactory effect.
