High-performance capillary electrophoresis?HPCE?is a new type of liquid phase separation technology using capillary as carrier and high-voltage electric field as driving force.It is widely used in many fields such as pharmacology,molecular biology and environmental science.The researchers found that the illegal use of sulfonamides and estrogen drugs interfered with the body's endocrine and had potential carcinogenicity.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a method for the determination of sulfonamide antibiotics and estrogen residues in environmental water samples.In this paper,magnetic graphene oxide nanomaterials were prepared and applied in the magnetic solid phase extraction technology.Combined with high performance capillary electrophoresis,three kinds of estrogen phenol hormones and five kinds of sulfonamide antibiotic residues in environmental water samples were analyzed and determined.Chapter1:IntroductionThis chapter introduced the overview of capillary electrophoresis,pre-column concentration technology and on-column concentration technology for capillary electrophoresis,reviewed the extraction methods and detection techniques for estrogen drugs and sulfonamides,and explained the significance of this article.Chapter 2:Determination of estrogen residues in environmental water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction-capillary electrophoresisThis chapter used magnetic solid phase extraction-capillary electrophoresis to determine the trace hexestrol?HEX?,diethylstilbestrol?DES?and dienoestrol?DE?in environmental water samples.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of the components were3.7×10-9 mol/L,7.6×10-9 mol/L,and 5.5×10-99 mol/L,respectively.The method was successfully applied to the determination of trace of estrogen residues in complex water samples.The recoveries of the method were in the range from 96.8%to 108.8%.Chapter 3:Determination of sulfonamide residues in environmental water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction-micellar electrokinetic chromatography-sweepingThis chapter used magnetic GO?GO-Fe3O4?composite material to pre-concentrate trace five kinds of drugs in actual water samples,and determined them by micellar electrokinetic chromatography-sweeping.The influence of electrophoretic conditions and magnetic solid phase extraction conditions on the separation effect was investigated.The five components showed a good linearity in the range of 1×10-8-1×10-5 mol/L,and the detection limit was7.6×10-10-4.9×10-9 mol/L.The method was easy to operate,good precision and low detection limit.It can be used for the analysis of trace sulfonamide residues in environmental water samples.
