Design Of Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Industrial Park Of Kezuohou Qi Ganqika Town

In order to facilitate the integration of eastern Mongolia and the northeast Bohai Economic Rim, the government of Tongliao plans to construct “Tongliao independent innovation and undertaking the transference industrial park” to adapt to the requirement of development. The Tongliao independent innovation and undertaking the transference industrial park is a new industrial park which is constructed to improve the economic and development integration in the northeast of China. As an important part of the industrial park, the east part of Ganqika town is positioned to be the group of the eastern industry, which focused on the development of M1 industry and a small part of M2 industry, at the same planning to build the supporting administration and residential land. However, the drainage work of east part of Ganqika town is blank, which is not suitable with the stage of economic development. Therefore, it is imperative to make great efforts in the construction of municipal sewage treatment facilities.To solve the problem of the collection and treatment of the sewage and to meet the development of short and long term, the government plans to construct the wastewater treatment plant. Since the construction of the wastewater treatment plant, the enterprises and related project could be provided a reliable infrastructure security. According to the scope of service and population, the construction scale in short term is 20000 m3/d and to be 40000 m3/d in the long term.By analyzing the water quality and the condition of the sewage drained by the industrial park and according to the requirements to the quality of effluent, the secondary treatment process is selected to be “hydrolysis acidification pool and modified A2/O tank”. Taking the method of combination of “mechanical mixing、 high efficient flocculation sedimentation tank and the conventional rapid filter ”. The disinfectant of the process is Cl O2.Put A emission standards in a sewage treatment standards as the standard. According to the research and predicted influent and effluent quality of CODcr、BOD5 、 SS 、 TN 、 NH3-N 、 TP, their value are 500,180,300,50,35,5mg/l and 50,10,10,15,5, 0.5mg/l.When sewage treatment project of east park of Ganqika Town is completed, the influence of sewage on the environment will be relieved. The urban environment will be improved effectively. The project can create a better living and investment environment, which will facilitate the develplment of the Kezuohou Qi Ganqika town.
