Research On The Environmental Protection Of Taiyuan From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Ecological civilization construction can effectively relieve the heavy pressure on the resource, environment and zoology brought by economic development and coordinate the relationship between people and the nature. Taiyuan is a typical resource-based economy, over-reliance on coal exploitation and development of resource-based industries to promote industrialization and takes an important place of economic development of China. However, for a long time,the economic structure based on the energy supply destroys the environment of Taiyuan and hinders the sustainable development of economy and society. Thus, it is quite important to accelerate the procedure of environmental protection guided by the ecological civilization construction. So far, the studies on the environmental protection from the perspective ecological civilization construction are small in number. Therefore,This paper relies on the theory of sustainable development, the theory of ecological ethics,research progress at home and abroad to elaborate, and analiy Current Situation to construct an evaluation index system. And based on the analysis of the current conditions of environmental protection, it uses the evaluation index system to find out the status quo. Then it introduces the problems, reasons and the measures of the ecological civilization construction in Taiyuan,which has a vital significance.This paper contains three parts: part one analyzes the affecting factors on the environment of Taiyuan based on the studies of the related theories,such as sustainable development and the theory of ecological ethics of environmental protection. Part two attempts to evaluate the conditions of environmental protection of Taiyuan from the perspective of ecological civilization construction by constructing the evaluation index system. Part three attempts to analyze the detailed problems of the application to environmental protection of Taiyuan according to the results and figure out the macro strategy and specific protection measures.This paper, based on the current conditions of environment, economy and social development of Taiyuan,guided by the ecological civilization construction,attempts to construct the evaluation index system of environmental protection progress according toStandard of national ecological garden city and Ecological county, ecological city,ecological province construction index(revised). After constructing the evaluation index system,this paper attempts to assess the weights through Entropy Method and evaluate the environmental protection conditions through Principal Component Analysis.According to the analysis of the evaluation results, the environmental protection progress goes well, but there are still a series of problems in the process of environmental protection, there is great room for improvement. In the end, this paper, combined with the specific conditions of Taiyuan, puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions, such as strengthening the system construction, implementing the goal responsibility, strengthen energy-saving and environmental management efforts, and actively promote green development;strengthen science and technology funding, encourage technological innovation;promoting public participation and strengthening regional cooperation, etc., in order to give some references to the application of the environmental protection of Taiyuan from the perspective of ecological civilization construction.
