Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Of Hohhot City

Ecological civilization is a great leap forward in the form of human civilization and an inevitable outcome of vigorously developing industrial civilization.The construction of ecological civilization is a thousand-year plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and a profound transformation in the development history of the world and China.At the 17 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),it was proposed for the first time to promote ecological progress.With the title of capital city of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,Hohhot should be at the forefront of the national urban development in the construction of urban ecological civilization and represent the overall development level of Chinese cities in the future.Therefore,in-depth study on the construction of ecological civilization in Hohhot is of great practical significance to promote economic growth and the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.This paper sorts out and summarizes the research on ecological civilization at home and abroad.Based on Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization and the development status of Hohhot,it analyzes in detail the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of ecological civilization construction in Hohhot.At the same time,using the princip component analysis(pca),through the SPSS software to build the evaluation system,Hohhot ecological civilization construction of Hohhot in 2009-2018 to make comprehensive evaluation for the construction of ecological civilization level,it is concluded that Hohhot ecological civilization construction level as a whole is on the rise,at the same time,also found that Hohhot ecological civilization construction slowdown in 2017 and beyond.Therefore,it is necessary to further advance the Hohhot ecological civilization construction,can consider to increase green industrial production inputs,improve the level of urban and rural environment construction,red line designated ecological protection,the reasonable optimization of industrialstructure,build rural economy as the main body of ecological economy system,cultivating ecological characteristic advantage,strengthening the construction of social security,improve the quality of the population and improve the ecological society system,increase education and science and technology industrial investment,and advocating green path measures such as a healthy lifestyle.
