The Approach Analysis About History Of Ancient Chinese Printing (1949-2013)

Researchers and research institutions of the ancient history of China Printing have made number of impressive achievements since the establishment of People’s Republic of China. There is no research of ancient Chinese printing history about systematically investigated printing research and research-related documents was found although some scholars has started to sort out the literature of ancient Chinese printing history. This paper collects, sorts, reads and studies the official publication of journal articles and books published between 1949 and 2013. Then this paper discussed about the Analysis History of Ancient Chinese Printing based on research from the existing literature research approach, the studies of simulation approach, the fieldwork research approach and quantitative study of the history of ancient China printing papers.Four conclusions were draw in this paper after the study of ancient Chinese Printing History based on analysis of existing literature research. First, The academic dispute has not yet finalized the origin of woodblock printing;second, China and South Korea Printing origin academic dispute has been a clear conclusion;third, China and South Korean metal type origin academic dispute inconclusive; fourth,Western scholars in Chinese typography have different typography westward views and influence. Through the study of simulation-based approach Analysis, this paper agrees that Mr. Zhang Binglun is the first person who creates clay-type printing simulation experiment and various developments of History of Ancient Chinese Printing are achieved by Sun Shouling, Yintie Hu,Fang Xiaoyang,ShiJilog,ZhaoChunying. Through field visits research based approach Analysis,this paper found that the existing status of historic preservation are different with tradition of printing. Some no-name traditional printing premises less attention by researchers, and there has no one comprehensive study work of existing traditional printing. Based on the Bibliometrics Analysis, Chinese ancient Print research has formed a relatively mature field,the core research group and institutions have emerged; Although research has been broadened, but most studies trapped in woodblock printing,there existed some puzzles during the process, such as few research papers are published by core journals, low efficiency of research teams, lack of national and provincial support funds and so on.
