As a heat-treatment equipment for scale-free heating, nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace is the most important procedure in the production process of the aircraft parts, and directly influences the quality of aircraft parts. Because the nitrogen based atmosphere heating process is complex and affected by many factors, The pipeline of carbon deposition often leads the unqualified products.the research on monitoring method of nitrogen based atmosphere Protect process has a theoretical and practical significance.This article takes a nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace as the research subject. First, this article describes the nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace production process in detail and introduces the status and development on process monitoring methods. Then, this article introduces the basic principle, theory and method based on the MPCA and DPCA process monitoring. Through the further analysis of the nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace heating process, the monitoring input variables, process parameters and data pretreatment method can be determined, the simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness of monitoring method of the nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace production process based on the MPCA. Considering the process variables of nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace are controlled by loop, data of different time have relevance. On this basis, propose the monitoring method of the nitrogen based atmosphere Protect furnace production process based on the DPCA, and the simulation experiment verifies the effectiveness. Based on the study of theory and methods mentioned above, according to the system requirements, using modular design concept and SQL database and technology of hybrid programming of MATLAB and.NET, a corresponding system is designed and achieved. The system realized the functions such as display of monitoring statistics T2 and SPE, identification of the fault variables, fault diagnosis, historical data inquires and tracing abnormal variables. Run results show the effectiveness of the system and its feasibility, established the software foundation for the practical application of the theory and method.
