Vacuum atmosphere furnace is the new heat treatment technology in vacuum environment (less than one bar atmosphere environment) for various heat treatment process, the atmosphere in furnace commonly have used with nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and inert gas (such as argon) etc. it is needed to control when using vacuum degree. For better control vacuum degree of furnace, and at the same time guarantee the efficiency of heat treatment, vacuum furnace atmosphere is usually designed for continuous controlled type. Due to the continuous controlled type vacuum furnace can avoid the repetition of the heating, insulation, cooling technology in the working, so it has obvious advantages in the field of industrial heat treatment, widely applied.The design of vacuum controlled atmosphere furnace using continuously produce nanomaterials in this paper, efficient heating is designed, the furnace structure arid auxiliary system are optimized. The main content of this article are:(1) Improve of heating mode. Direct heat in the eddy current instead of indirect heat absorption in furnace, shorten the heating time greatly, realized efficient heating.(2) Improve of furnace structure. Based on the existing equipment,design halfly vertical-and horizontal type, This structure is composed of three rooms, Feeding oven is located at the bottom of reacting oven, discharging oven is lacated on the right of reacting oven, in order to realize the thermal insulation and sealing,Setted the transition areaand connectioned with flange, for balance between the holding and cooling:. This design in achieving input-heating-out/cooling process of material, realize separation of the three physical location and time in the continuous production; This bady can effectively solve the problem of type highly and operat hardly, compared with horizontal furnace, This bady can reduce area and increase the space utilization.(3) Optimize assist device. To optimize the shape of the thermal insulation door, the seal door and the end shapes of sliding groove, to facilitate the installation of them and adapt furnace structure; Design and check the support frame, to ensure the stability of the furnace body structure.(4) Optimize cooling system. Design water-cooling system, at the same time,establish air cooling system in discharge chamber. The optimized cooling system, effectively shorten the cooling time, adapted to the high efficiency heating mode, and meet the requirements of continuous production.(5) Engineering verification. After design and check, parts drawing are drawed with AUTOCAD 2 d software, entity graph of the furnace body drawed with UG 3 d, verify the feasibility of design optimizated.Above, this article have two innovation:(1) Heating mode. Direct heat in the eddy current instead of indirect heat absorption in furnace, shorten the heating time greatly, realized efficient heating.This efficient heating not only saves time and saves energy.(2) Furnace structure. Appearance,Structure of halfly vertical and horizontal type can effectively solve the problem of type highly and operat hardly, reduce area and increase the space utilization. The innovative design of three type can realize spatial separationand ensure continuity of production.In summary,This atmosphere furnace can keep the temperature of 1600℃, and use space effectively, make full use of the two drawings,3 d simulation movement, short cycle of design and manufacturing, at the same time, synchronize the design and manufacture.
