The Optimized Design Research Of The Function Running Pants Structure

Every type of the clothing design is based on the functionality of the human body, and adds the subjective aesthetic requirements to it. For the professional middle-long-distance race, a high-performance tight exercise suit, which aims at improving the athlete’s performance and focuses on the function requirements, embodies more importance of basic research. This paper focuses on the physical and physiological features of muscle contraction of human body surface at the static and moving state, and then conducts the optimized design of high performance running tight pants structure. The research methods mainly concerns at this research are:1)through literature retrieval to know the features of the human lower limb bones, muscles, the structure of the nervous system principle at running, and then make a conclusion of the distribution body heat and humility of lower limbs at running; 2) carry out a questionnaire based on the function of running pants design of men and combine with the sports injury associated with running and functional requirements, and purchase three men professional running pants at the market to make a structure analysis; 3) carry out the surface EMG experiment to get the results of the main force of muscle, muscle discharge duration, the order of events, fatigue,muscle strength and muscle coordination relationships to obtain lower limb muscle function zoning maps; 4) utilize the partition graph model to design and make the running pants product;5) test the scientificity of the finished product through the subject and objective evaluation. This study tentatively concludes the reasonable design method of muscle function partition of the final function running pants according to the muscle support structure of fixed position, the injury prevention and the relax muscle function, which provides a theoretical basis for the example design of the tight running pants and a valuable theoretical reference to other sports as well.
