To meet the green grain storage,the biological pesticide is better selection in controlling stored-grain pests in the grain of wheat,corn,paddy and beans.In this paper, we focused on the quality change of grain when biological pesticides were used during storage for 12 months.Four kinds of raw grain,wheat,corn,paddy and mungbeans were mixed by 0.5mg/kg,0.75mg/kg,1.0mg/kg of 1.0% osthole powder or 0.5mg/kg,1.0mg/kg,1.5mg/kg of 0.5% spinosyn powder,respectively.They were stored in the condition of natural temperature for 12 months.By analyzing the quality indexes of different doses of biological pesticide on all kinds of grain to determine the effect of these two biological pesticides on the four main raw grain storage qualities with the extension of storage time.With the three indexes of moisture,the water absorption of gluten and peak viscosity to study the quality changes of wheat storage period.1.0% osthole powder and 0.5% spinosyn powder of mixing of the recommended dose were 0.5mg/kg and 1.0mg/kg. With the two doses to treat wheat,compared with the control group of not mix biological pesticide,with the extension of storage time,the wheat change rule of moisture content and water absorption of gluten were the same,storage 10 months the two indexes fell and slightly higher after 12 months.Compared with the control group, the peak viscosity of experimental group upward trend was obvious.High doses of osthole powder(1.0mg/kg) after storage 4 months to make the peak viscosity of wheat marked increased.Stored for 8 months,high doses of spinosyn powder(1.5mg/kg) to make the water absorption of gluten increased significantly.Stored for 10 months,high doses of spinosyn powder to make the moisture content and the water absorption gluten of wheat increased considerably,high doses of osthole powder made the water absorption gluten of wheat increased significantly. Stored for 12 months,0.75mg/kg of spinosyn powder to make the water absorption gluten of wheat dropped significantly.With the Paǔta test method to verify different treatment group obtained two comprehensive evaluation value of H and F by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the results estimated that in the 12 months of storage,different test doses of two bio-pesticides had no significant effect to the storage quality of wheat.With the three indexes of moisture,fatty acid value and peak viscosity to study the quality changes of corn period storage.With 1.0 % osthole powder and 0.5% spinosyn powder of the mixing of recommended doses to treat corn,compared with the control group of not mix biological pesticide.Stored for 12 months,corn moisture change rule was basic same,but experimental group of spinosyn powder was low.The fatty acid values of control group corn within 12 months storage rise was bigger,and two bio-pesticides experimental group of fatty acid value increased,but were lower than the control group after stotred for 10 months. The changing rule of the peak viscosity of corn was the same between the experimental group and the control group within 12 months storage,but stored for 12 months,the experimental group peak viscosity was significantly higher than the control group.With the Paǔta test method to verify different treatment group obtained two comprehensive evaluation value of H and F by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the results estimated that in the 12 months of storage of,different test doses of two bio-pesticides had no significant effect to the storage quality of corn.With the four indexes of moisture,fatty acid value,peak viscosity and taste score to study the quality changes of paddy storage period.Paddy moisture content declined within 10 months storage,and stored for 12 months,moisture content had some recovery.The peak viscosity when stored for 4 months showed a trend of increase, stored for 8 months there was descending trend.The taste score of paddy had a tendency to reduce in storage for 4 months, 8 months and 10 months,showed that paddy quality had a tendency to reduce with the extension of storage time.But stored for 12 months,the paddy moisture content and fatty acid values of six tests group processed by two bio-pesticides were lower than the control group,and the peak viscosity and taste score had no significant difference compared to the control group. It showed that the quality declined during the storage period was not necessarily caused by these two bio-pesticides.With the Paǔta test method to verify different treatment group obtained two comprehensive evaluation value of H and F by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the results estimated that in the 12 months of storage of,different test dose of two kinds of biological pesticide had no significant effect to the storage quality of paddy.With moisture and crude protein to study the quality changes of mungbean storage period.During the storage period, the experimental group and control group of mung bean moisture had no significant difference.Protein content was main quality index of the beans.Mungbeans in the natural conditions storage for a long time was vulnerable to the dangers of Callosobruchus chinensis and other pests,making the quality decline of mung bean.Control group due to the dangers of Callosobruchus chinensis, the crude protein content decreased after stored for 12 months,while osthole powder and 0.5% spinosyn powder processed mungbeans were not subjected to pest damage during the storage period,the crude protein content were higher than the control group.Biological pesticide processing grain, some storage qualities of grain had changes during the storage period,but the changes were not regular. It was difficult with comparing statistical differences directly to specify biological pesticide effect on the grain storage quality Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method avoided the grain storage quality evaluation from various perspectives with the fuzziness and subjectivity. In this paper,it showed that the two bio-pesticides had no effect on the storage quality of wheat,corn,and paddy within the scope of the recommended dose of high and low concentration based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. As osthole powder and spinosyn powder were better used in farmers,large granary grain storage or quarantine granary,providing the safe use of the concentration and the reference value of science.
