Evaluation And Research On LNG Storage Allocation And Peak Adjustment Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the development of society,people's awareness of low carbon environmental protection is also gradually improving.Therefore,natural gas is widely valued because of its clean environmental protection and high calorific value.In recent years,the world's natural gas production has been increasing year by year.However,there is no comprehensive evaluation system for the comprehensive evaluation of LNG storage allocation.So in this paper,by combining with the characteristics of the LNG project,various overall consideration in the process of the project technical,economic and social factors,established the LNG storage and peak shaving project technology comprehensive evaluation index system of economic society,and on the basis of this system by using multi-level fuzzy analysis method,the relationship between system at all levels in their combining quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation,makes the evaluation more scientific and objective of the project.Combining jiangxi hukou LNG storage and peak shaving of project evaluation,finally compared with the project feasibility study report,reflects when the evaluation content factors of different levels of the complicated or difficult to analysis the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is scientific.
