Because rock mass property and environment underground are complicated, accidents in the mine caused by instability of rock mass during mining occupy great proportion. Analyzing the stability of stope and its surrounding rock can classify rock mass,discriminate hazardous rock mass zone,therefore corresponding safety strategies can be put forward to make sure safe,efficient and continuous mining.Based on the project "research on Stability of rock mass classification and new support technology in Tian-cheng company",back-grounded by mining Dong-ji ore district,through geological investigation,rock physics test and field monitoring,apply numerical calculation and simulation,rock mass property and stability are deeply analyzed,reasonable supporting are ascertained and safe monitoring is carried out by monitoring displacement of rock mass layer. Follow researches are obtained:(1) Make the geological and engineering environment survey in Tian-cheng company;With the aid of existing geological data, find out the distribution characteristics of geological structure in the mining area. Provide detailed the geometrical characteristics of the bord and stope rock mass distribution information, with the basis of the bord or stope stability of rock mass classification as the basis of first-hand data in the research;(2) Apply the data of engineering geomechanics surveying, find out the distribution of the rock mass joint space geometric feature, on the basis of the intensity of inversion of the rock strength of rock mass, Analyze different rock classification method and rock property influencing factor, rock mass property evaluation indexes are obtained;(3) Q value classification system and RMR classification system are used respectively, for the adjoining rock stability classification of the bord in Dong-ji mining area of Tian-cheng mining company, and analyze different rock classification method; According to different stability level of adjoining rock, establishing the corresponding of supporting method and the structure parameters;(4) Through the theoretical calculation, graphic method and numerical method, Superposition of distribution regularity of rock joints, According to the different rock mass stability classification, this paper puts forward the corresponding supporting method; According to the field investigation of the bord supporting form and underground pressure form in Tian-cheng company at present, Developed suitable for different rock mass stability of the support method, Proposing the optimizing scheme of bolt support and reasonable structural parameters;(5) The above research results, application of the rock mass structure of digital information, identification of rock mass structure characteristics of surrounding rock of bord and stope;Based on rock mechanics calculation, analyze different extraction route/supporting structure parameters、excavation sequence under the condition of the stability of surrounding rock of the bord, According to rock mass property instability of the stope and its rock mass classification,different supporting measures are designed. Through monitoring displacement subsidence of overlying rock layer,safe monitoring to the stop is realized to make sure safe production.
