In this thesis, the background of blending rubber, rubber type chlorinated polyethylene (CM135B) and ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber (EVM700) blends morphology, compatibility, vulcanization system, co-vulcanizationd, co-reinforcing, anti-aging system and blending techno logy.First studied the microscopic compatibility and macro compatibility of CM/EVM blends; Study the vulcanization systems of CM/EVM blends,when their ratio were 70/30. I focused the research on the rubber blends co-vulcanization, blending technology, co-reinforcing and anti ageing system. The experimental results are summarized as follows:(1) It was found that the compatibility of CM/EVM blends was very good, CM and EVM had a better macroscopic and microscopic compatibility.(2) It was found that:the blends’performance were better than others,when they were vulcanized by DCP/TAIC.(3) The CM/EVM blends’interphase-crosslinking properties,two-phase crosslinking density and the impact of different hot air aging conditions on the structure and properties of the CM/EVM blends were studied.The results show that:the CM/EVM blends had interphase-crosslinking.When the two phases’crosslinking density matched with each other,the rubber blends’mechanical properties were better;The mechanical properties and two-phase crosslinking density had a significant effect on the different hot air aging conditions.(4) The vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties,two-phase crosslinking density and dynamic mechanical properties of CM/EVM blends were studied,when their ratio were 70/30.After aging,the mechanical properties and two-phase crosslinking density were also studied.The results show that:the mixing process had a big influence on the performance of the CM/EVM blends. After heat aging, under 3# mixing process, the performance changes degree of CM/EVM blends was smaller than other mixing process; after heat aging, under 6# mixing process, the CM/EVM blends’two-phase crosslinking density changing degree were smaller than other mixing process.(5) The N330 carbon black distribution in two-phase under different mixing process, The impact of different mixing process on CM/EVM blends’mechanical properties and Dynamic mechanical properties had been studied.The results show that:N330 carbon black was much easier to go into enter EVM phase; when the blends was manufactured under 3# mixing process,its performance was better than others; There were a difference between the reinforcement of CM and EVM with N330 carbon black;As the EVM rubber joined in, the blends processing performance improved greatly; When the rubber blends went strain sweep mode, its energy storage modulus decreased twice.(6)Effect of the amount of antioxidant MB on the performance of the CM/EVM blends was studied, including the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,two-phase crosslinking density and dynamic mechanical properties before and after aging.The results show that:with the increase in the amount of MB, the vulcanization characteristics of the blends changed slightly.Before and after aging, when the amount of MB was 0, the mechanical properties, crosslinking density of the blends changed obviously, the glass transition temperature of blends changed the most. Before and after aging, when the amount of MB was 2, the mechanical properties’changement of the rubber blends was lower than others, the blends also had a lower change rate of crosslinking density and the glass transition temperature than others.
