The infection of vulcanization and reinforcement system on the vulcanization characters, physical mechanical properties, anti-fatigue, anti-abrasion, anti-aging properties and dynamic mechanical properties of high-vinyl SSBR/BR/NR blends were studied systematically. It was found that the sequence of the vulcanized velocity of SSBR/BR/NR blends with different vulcanization system is: SEV>EV>EOCV. The sequence of tension strength is: SEV, EOCV>EV. The sequence of anti-aging property is: EV>EOSEV>CV. The sequence of anti-fatigue property is: CV>EC, SEV>EV.The sequence of the vulcanized velocity of SSBR/BR/NR blends with different reinforcement system is: N220-N330>Al2O3-N330>ZnO-N330. The sequence of elongation at break is: ZnO-N330>Al2O3-N330>N220-N330. The optimal blending ratio of Al2O3-N330 and N220-N330 to improve the anti-aging property of SSBR/BR/NR blends is 15/60, while the anti-aging property of blends reinforced with ZnO-N330 is improved as the content of nano-ZnO increases. The anti-abrasion property of blends reinforced with ZnO-N330 and N220-N330 is superior to Al2O3-N330. The optimal blending ratio of Al2O3/N330, ZnO-N330 to improve anti-fatigue property of blends is 15/60 and 45/30, and the anti-fatigue property of blends reinforced with N330 is better than that with N220. The SSBR/BR/NR blends reinforced with ZnO-N330 exhibit best anti-fatigue property.
