The theme of new era on pesticide is:" high-efficiency, safety, high compatibilty with the environment". Because of the unique action mechanism, diacylhydrazines have negligible toxicity to mammalians and nontarger organisms, also have high insecticidal activities to the resist pests. Coumarin widely exists in the nature,which belongs to benzo heterocyclic and has certain biological activity.18 novel compounds (N’-substituted benzoyl-N-tert-butyl-2-oxyl-2H-substituted benopyran-3-hydrazide) were designed and synthesized by introducing the coumarin moiety into the diacylhydrazindes according to substructure linking principle(I-7a-I-7i). R1=H,R=H、6-OCH3、6-t-buty1、6-CH3、7-CH3、8-CH3、6-C1、6-F、6-Br;R1=4,6-CH3,R=H、6-OCH3、6-t-buty1、6-CH3、7-CH3、8-CH3、6-C1、6-F、6-Br.The herbicide of uracil derivatives belong to protoporphyrinogen oxidase inhibitors, which have the characteristic of high efficiency, short residual time, broad spectrum, no influence on after-crop. Pyrimidylsalicylate herbicides belong to acetolactate synthase inhibitors and has the the characteristic of broad spectrum, low toxicity and high efficiency.16 novel compounds (3-(5-(2-(4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidin-2-yloxy)-substituted benzylamino)-2-substituted-4-chlorophenyl)-1-methyl-6-(trifluoro-methyl) pyrimidine-2,4(1 H,3H)-dione) were designed and synthesized by introducing 4, 6-dimethoxy pyrimidine into the the urea structure according to substructure linking principle. (H-10a~Ⅱ-10h). X=H,R=H、4-OCH3、4-CH3、5-CH3、6-CH3、4-C1、4-F、4-Br; X=F,R=H、4-OCH3、4-CH、5-CH3、6-CH3、4-C1、4-F、4-Br。In this paper, the structures of all target compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis, some of them were also characterized by IR spectroscopy and MS; We also studied their spectral properties, synthetic methods, reaction conditions. In addition, We evaluated the preliminary biological activities of the target compounds. The results shows that some compounds displayed high activity, and their structures and activity relationships were also investigated.
